I chose El Molino Del Abuelo because I wanted to visit La Ciudad and it had a good location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the featured amenities, especially the free wifi throughout the property. I also enjoyed the availability of local cuisine breakfasts daily from 9 AM.

Neighbor's noise - dogs and chickens.

The room was very clean, the staff was INCREDIBLE, and it was close enough to where we needed to be. The place is right by Montecorto downtown.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for two nights and was incredibly impressed. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches like fresh flowers. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views and was the perfect place to relax. The hosts, Raul, Flo, and their mother, were amazing - always up for a good conversation and incredibly helpful, even when I was sick. The homemade organic breakfast was delicious, and the location was great for exploring the surrounding areas. Thank you, Flo and Raul, for a fantastic stay!

    Can recommend this hotel.

An Oasis of tranquility surrounded by forest and mountains, this accommodation provides a personalized treatment to its guests. The water winding here and there gives life to hundreds of plants and flowers, making you feel like you're in a botanical wonderland. It's like staying in a botanical garden full of surprises!

    Limited vegetarian breakfast options.

The children working at this delightful place have truly created a haven for senior guests like myself. The attention to detail in the decoration of the hotel is exceptional, with warm and inviting spaces that make you feel right at home. The general areas, such as the shared terrace and lounge, are comfortable and accessible, allowing seniors to relax and socialize with ease. The thoughtfulness put into making the hotel senior-friendly is evident in every corner, from the well-placed handrails to the comfortable seating areas. It was a pleasure to navigate the property and enjoy the ambiance without any worries.

If I had to suggest one improvement for senior vacationers, it would be to have additional signage and labels throughout the property. This would help us easily navigate and locate various amenities, such as bathrooms or common areas.

The room at El Molino Del Abuelo was cozy and comfortable, with a tile/marble floor and a lovely garden view. I felt like I was surrounded by nature, which made me instantly relaxed and at ease. As a nature lover, this was the perfect room for me.

Personally, I would have preferred a private bathroom instead of a private external one. But hey, that's just me.

The value for money at this place was excellent. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location in the picturesque village was perfect. The staff treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety in the options offered.

I always stay at this place in Montecorto. Everything I need is here: good Wi-Fi, off-site parking, luggage storage, rooftop pool, laundry, TV room. The staff has a good attitude, especially when they helped my elderly parents. I'm coming back for Easter.

This wonderful eco lodge is like a hidden gem in the heart of nature. The hosts are incredibly friendly and always on hand to provide helpful tips. The common area is beautifully furnished and fully equipped, perfect for a cozy dinner. The bedrooms are naturally cool and comfortable, with the soothing sound of a nearby stream. The rooftop terrace with its heated bathtub offers breathtaking views of the surrounding fields. Don't miss the delightful breakfast in the garden under the shade of a leafy canopy, featuring fresh local produce.

Just note that some restaurants in the area may be closed on Mondays.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the range of eco-friendly amenities and activities available. The homemade soap, selection of teas, and communal kitchen were a nice touch. The rooftop bathtub with a stunning view was a highlight. The hosts provided excellent recommendations and made us feel at home.

Felt truly looked after, no complaints whatsoever.
